L1 Support for Voice process
Acting as a single point of contact for self-service tickets regarding IT issues and queries.
Receiving, logging and managing calls via telephone and email
1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Laptops & PCs
Analyzes problems (both technical and operational) and arrive at permanent solutions.
Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support team.
Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system service Now
Service desk (Technical support- excellent communication Skill -
Knowledge on trouble shooting Networking or windows or Active directory.
* Should be open to work in US shifts
* Proper Documents
* Should have an excellent communication skills.
